My research has been featured in numerous popular science and general publications, including Scientific American, Universe Today, NMSU News, and Astrobites.

I was a graduate mentor for the Científico Latino Graduate Student Mentorship Initiative, which supports students from underrepresented communities in applications for graduate school, fellowships, etc.

I have served in several leadership roles, including President of the Bangladesh Student Association at NMSU, postdoc representative to the Science Mission Office at STScI, and a House Advisor at Reed College.

I have refereed several papers in top astrophysical journals
